High-frequency technology for heating and drying
Any forced polarization of an atom in an alternating electric field causes heat to develop. It is this heat, which also depends on the material, that is advantageously used in capacitive heating.
The use of HF in the wood and paper industries
It is interesting that up to 40 times more heat is produced in water in an alternating electric field than in wood or paper. It is this property that is advantageously used in the rapid drying and formation of glued wood or paper products, since we want to quickly heat the glue, or even evaporate water from the glue.
Rapid drying of adhesives for the production of panels: – longitudinal joining (joining for massive parts of furniture, stairs…) – multilayer joining (proudction of lamelle parquet, plate, chipboard…)
Rapid drying of adhesives to form various wood or cardboard profiles: Thin layers of wood are glued together and pressed into the desired shape in the forming press. With the help of VF, the adhesive dries quickly. The glued piece is now ready for further processing.
HF generators for capacitive heating
For the needs of projects involving high frequency waves, we produce HF generators of all sizes (10 – 400 kW). The pictures above are photos of some of the projects that we have done mostly abroad, and the interest is rapidly increasing in Slovenia as more and more companies are aware of the advantages of high-frequency technology (better efficiency, speed of heating, possibility of easier product formation … ).
